This role is on-site at our home office in Bloomington, Indiana.This role is not remote and does not offer relocation or moving expenses.Job ClassificationNon-ExemptDaytime HoursMonday - FridayFull Time (Hourly)Regular Position (40 hours)Essential Job FunctionsOrganizational skills filing documents, invoices, and receipts following established processes and proceduresSkilled in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Experience with accounting software, Sage preferredExperience in TimberScan, preferredAbility to liaise well between accounting and other departments for A/P and PO workflow requirementsComfortable coding and processing 1,000+ invoices per month, regularly.Ability and desire to work in a rapidly changing environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality while handling files and recordsQualificationsMinimum 5-year work experience in accounting in a fast-paced environment preferred.Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, with emphasis on Excel.Capable to Prioritize workload and perform in a Fast-paced and challenging environmentCapacity to liaise well between accounting and other departments for A/P and PO workflow requirementsAbility and desire to work in a rapidly changing environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality while handling files and recordsPhysical Requirements: Stand, Walk, Bend, Twist, Move Throughout the Day, Use Hands in Repetitive Motions, sitting for long periods of time, repeat same movements, Lift 20 pounds.
