Accounting Clerk
Location: Onsite – Delaware, OH
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position reports directly to the CFO and plays a key role in supporting general accounting and bookkeeping functions. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit customer invoices
- Receive, code, and post payments
- Perform account, bank, and other reconciliations
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment or delays
- Verify and process vendor invoices
- Sort, code, and enter AP data
- Analyze discrepancies and resolve unpaid invoices
- Maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and financial records
- Assist with employee expense reports
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
