ACCOUNTING CLERK Fully in the office position M-F.  Can start as early as 6:00am.  North Dallas office location.

Responsibilities include:
  • Setting up jobs in Quickbooks desktop
  • Adding the jobs to the project list (Excel)
  • Working up the billings (Excel)
  • Billing the customer
  • Customer service to assist employees, vendors and customers 
  • Occasionally calling customers regarding invoices
  • With questions, providing answers and getting a status update
Requirements include:
  • Exceptional customer services skills (internal and external customers)
  • 1-2+ years experience working in Quickbooks
  • Strong Word and Excel computer skills
