We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. What You'll Do

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department while working closely with the Controller and other team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide accounting and administrative support to the Accounting Department
• Enter and maintain accounting data with a high degree of accuracy
• Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documents and records
• Assist with internal and external requests for information
• Support accounting processes in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• 3–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
