Accounting Clerk

Perform data entry for customer setup, ship to locations, billing, cash receipts or other AR data entry. Send out agings, statements, invoices, PODs, and other AR related customer documentation.

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Perform data entry for customer setup, ship to locations, billing, cash receipts or other AR data entry.
Send out agings, statements, invoices, PODs, and other AR related customer documentation.
File, scan, and print supporting documentation.
Use various customer portals to get information and submit invoices.
Work with supervision and requires direction from supervisor/manager.
Must have advanced Excel knowledge - vlookup and pivot tables
