CFS has partnered with a wholesale distribution company in search of an Accounting Clerk to join their team based out of Boston, MA (Seaport district).
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for various daily accounting duties, ranging from billing to accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily reconciliations
- Maintain files for accounts receivable, billing and accounts payable
- Review bills for accuracy and proper coding
- Assist with the organization of paperwork
- Speak to clients about payments, refunds, and statements
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
- 2+ years proven experience working within an accounting or administration department
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $52,000 per year
