Accounting Assistant Addison Group is partnering with a growing and fast-paced organization to identify an Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role offers exposure to multiple accounting functions, modern financial systems, and process improvement initiatives. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely entrySupport full-cycle accounts payable activities including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processingReview employee expenses and financial transactions for accuracy and proper allocationMaintain accounting records and supporting documentation across multiple systems and platformsAssist with accounting technology initiatives, system enhancements, and automation projectsSupport data management efforts related to financial system implementations and process improvementsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice, payment, and accounting-related issuesAssist with vendor communication and account maintenance activitiesSupport accounting projects, reporting requests, and operational initiatives as neededContribute to continuous process improvement efforts within the accounting functionQualifications 2+ years of accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related experienceExperience processing invoices and supporting transactional accounting activitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to learn new systems and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience working with accounting software and cloud-based financial platformsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPositive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to workAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
