Accounting Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Billing Professional. This position will support our Accounts Payable Manager as well as our Audio Visual Department in Client Billing. We are looking for an extremely task-oriented, accurate, and efficient candidate who can problem solve and multitask
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operation and month end of the accounts payable department
Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices
Reconcile AP Vendor Statements
Scanning of all invoices into Accounts Payable System
Maintain both paper and digital files.
Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
Billing of Audio Visual Invoices to clients using Flex Rental Solutions
Create Month-End Revenue Share statements for our contract properties
Communication with the AV Sales Team to ensure that all client invoices are processed timely and accurately
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
A Minimum of 3+ years Microsoft Excel Experience, including pivot tables
