ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Supervisor to lead and mentor their talented team of professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and review accounting and tax deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering both technical and professional growth.
  • Support the team in streamlining processes and leveraging technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships.
  • Contribute to the firm’s culture of innovation, fun, and professional excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); Master’s degree preferred.
  • CPA license preferred (candidates eligible to sit will be considered).
  • 5+ years of experience in a CPA or accounting firm.
  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire less experienced team members.
