# Role Overview
The Accounting Operations Manager oversees all client fulfillment across three departments: Bookkeeping, Tax, and Strategy. This role directly manages the leads of each department, ensures quality and capacity across QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, Drake tax prep, and strategy implementation, and resolves cross-department bottlenecks before they reach the COO. This position frees the COO to focus on sales, enrollment, and firm-level strategy.
