    Description

    Consultants:

    Preparation of operational due diligence for complex transactions (i.e.– acquisitions & divestitures, stock offerings and debt raises,IPO’s). 

    Accounting projects focused on carving out businessunits/subsidiaries. 

    Integration with client’s internal staff as a subject matterexpert when it comes to operational senior accounting tasks or overallfinancial team support.

    Preparation of financial and regulatory information inaccordance with SEC and regulatory requirements (i.e. – 10K’s, 10Q’s, S-1 andS-4 filings, audit coordination). 

    Research & documentation projects related to new ASCaccounting standards (i.e. – ASC 842, ASC 606).

    Process improvement projects and implementation of changes.

    Managers:

    Integrationwith client’s senior management to solve complex accounting issues and forpreparation of proposed resolutions. 

    Review of work prepared by Consultants on operational duediligence for complex transactions (i.e. – acquisitions & divestitures,stock offerings and debt raises, IPO’s).

    Review of Consultants’ deliverables of financial and regulatoryinformation in accordance with SEC and regulatory requirements (i.e. – 10K’s,10Q’s, S-1 and S-4 filings, audit coordination). 

    Research & documentation projects related to new ASCaccounting standards (i.e. – ASC 842, ASC 606).

    Process improvement projects and implementation of changes.

    Lead and mentor Consultants, acting as a role model andproviding creative solutions that enhance Consultant’s overall experience.

    Participate in the firm’s recruiting efforts, clientrelationship building and business development efforts.

    Senior Managers:

    Interact with clients’executive team and auditors, serving as a subject matter expert, leadingclients through complex accounting issues and driving conclusions.  

    Lead client engagementand own client delivery on operational due diligence for complex transactions(i.e. – IPO’s, acquisitions & divestitures, stock offerings and debtraises).

    Drive clientdeliverables of financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC andregulatory requirements (i.e. – 10K’s, 10Q’s, S-1 and S-4 filings, auditcoordination).

    Serve as an expertmatter on projects related to new ASC accounting standards (i.e. – ASC 842, ASC606).

    Lead processimprovement projects and implementation of changes.

    Mentor managers andconsultants, acting as a moral and ethical model, fostering engagement teamprofessional growth, and providing constructive and actionable feedback. 

    Lead firm initiativesand identify areas for improvements. 

    Play an active role inthe firm’s recruiting efforts, client relationship building and businessdevelopment efforts. 

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
    CPAand/or MBA preferred
    Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, andability to assimilate easily into teams.

    Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAPand SEC reporting.

    Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities.

    Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical anddependable.

    High energy with commitment to quality client service.

    Consultant:

    2 to 5 years’ experience in public accounting and/or industryaccounting/finance.

    Manager:

    6to 8 years’ experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.

    Senior Manager:

    8+ years’ experience in publicaccounting and/or industry accounting/finance.
