    Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM

    About the Opportunity

    Becks Quality Cabinets is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative / HR Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is a well-rounded role that combines accounting support, administrative coordination, HR administration, customer service, front-desk responsibilities, and executive support.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accounting & Bookkeeping Support

    • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
    • Process and maintain invoicing documentation
    • Perform purchase order (PO) matching
    • Assist with check handling and record maintenance
    • Prepare and maintain financial documentation and records
    • Track business expenses and assist with financial reporting
    • Support commission statement preparation
    • Assist with lien waiver administration
    • Maintain accurate accounting documentation and filing systems

    Administrative & Office Support

    • Support daily office operations and administrative functions
    • Perform data entry and maintain organized records
    • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and business documentation
    • Coordinate filing and document management activities
    • Assist management with meeting agendas, notes, and reporting
    • Support executive and leadership team administrative needs

    Customer Service & Front Desk Operations

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
    • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
    • Manage front desk operations and incoming mail
    • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
    • Assist customers with basic cabinetry-related questions
    • Support showroom tours as needed

    Required Qualifications

    • QuickBooks experience
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Administrative or office management experience
    • Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
    • Experience working with invoicing, AP/AR, expense tracking, and financial documentation
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • Accurate data entry experience
    • Professional customer-facing communication skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Valid State Driver's License
    • Acceptable driving record within the last five years

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Accounting or bookkeeping background
    • Accounts Payable experience
    • Accounts Receivable experience
    • Payroll administration or payroll support experience
    • HR administrative support experience
    • Experience preparing spreadsheets, reports, and financial documentation
    • ERP system experience
    • INNERGY experience
    • Customer service and front-desk experience
    • Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, commission statements, and lien waivers
    • Social media and marketing support experience
    • Experience supporting executives or senior management
    • Local area knowledge
    • Ability to learn new software quickly
