Accountant
Location: Remote, US
Salary: $60,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries accurately and within established deadlines
- Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Complete intercompany receivable and payable reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies
- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules and required documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Assist with special projects, financial analysis, and ad hoc accounting requests
What You'll Bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, and formulas
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, or Sage Fixed Assets
- Familiarity with IBM i / AS400 environments
- SQL knowledge
- Multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction accounting experience
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA
