What You'll Do
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and review positive pay exceptions
- Prepare internal financial statements and journal entries
- Record payroll journal entries and reconcile intercompany accounts
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Initiate ACH payments and bank transfers
- Assist with financial and insurance audits
- Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Partner cross-functionally with departments across multiple companies
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and general accounting processes
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-company environment
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
