Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Accountant, for a permanent opportunity with a growing, employee-owned organization. This role offers a collaborative, positive work environment, a strong benefits package, and room for professional growth.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after the training period, with 1-2 remote workdays per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Ensure timely payment collections and disbursements
• Assist with monthly financial reports and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferred
• Additional financial or accounts receivable experience may be considered in place of a degree
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience with macros or process automation is a plus
• Positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $60,000-$70,000
