About the Role:
Southern States Food Service Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accountant Office Manager to join our team in Reidsville, NC. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity where you'll keep our financials sharp and our office running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable/invoicing and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, sales and use tax and monthly reconciliations
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Track technicians times via GPS location and real time on-board camera systems
• Dispatch and monitor daily activities and whereabouts of technicians
• Supervise and coordinate office operations,  staff, and daily workflows to keep the company moving forward 
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial forecasting
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial records, contracts, and vendor documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and customers
• Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

•  Must be honest, driven, self-motivated, polite, kind, courteous and yet strong enough to take the lead and set the example of company values. 
• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• 5 years of accounting and/or office management experience
• Proficiency in accounting software is a must (QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite etc.)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, GAAP, and payroll processes
• Capable computer skills and proficiency with both iPad & iPhone use
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented demeanor
• Experience in the food service industry is a plus
