Accountant- Everett- Hybrid
$71,800-$79,400 DOE
Join a mission-driven organization supporting behavioral health and crisis response services across Washington State. We're seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to help manage contract budgets, financial reporting, payroll allocations, invoicing, and compliance activities for behavioral health programs.
What You'll Do
- Manage and reconcile program and contract budgets
- Prepare invoices, financial reports, and budget analyses
- Support payroll allocation and timekeeping processes
- Monitor contract spending and funding compliance
- Partner with finance and program leadership on financial operations
- Identify process improvements and support audits/compliance activities
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Public Accounting Experience with Non-Profit clients is desired.
- 1+ year of accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Nonprofit, grant, government contract, or Paycom experience is a plus
