Accountant (Staff/Senior Level)

Target Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant (Staff/Senior Level):

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet, inventory, fixed asset, and intercompany reconciliations
• Assist with inventory accounting, product costing, and margin analysis
• Review financial results, investigate variances, and support reporting requirements
• Partner with AP, AR, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes

Qualifications for the Accountant (Staff/Senior Level):

• 1-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
• Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Sage 100 and/or multi-entity accounting is a plus
