We’re looking for a motivated Accountant II to join our team in Orlando, FL and support key accounting functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Analyze financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Record, categorize, and reconcile expenses and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare expense reports and variance analyses.
  • Assist with vendor invoice processing and account management.
  • Improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
  • Mentor team members on accounting best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an in-office environment.
  • Aviation interest is a plus.
