We’re looking for a motivated Accountant II to join our team in Orlando, FL and support key accounting functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Analyze financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
Record, categorize, and reconcile expenses and credit card transactions.
Prepare expense reports and variance analyses.
Assist with vendor invoice processing and account management.
Improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
Mentor team members on accounting best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
Advanced Excel skills; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an in-office environment.
Aviation interest is a plus.
