Accountant Opportunity
A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking an Accountant to join its corporate finance team. This role will play a key part in the monthly close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and support for internal controls and compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that offers exposure to multiple business units and international operations.
Job Description
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Assist with preparation of internal and external financial reporting packages.
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances.
- Participate in annual audits and collaborate with external auditors.
- Support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with cash flow reporting and various treasury-related activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting function.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis projects.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, HR, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
