ACCOUNTANT - FINANCE

Position Summary An accountant position focusing in treasury and capital within Aultman. This role involves overseeing cash management, leasing/financing, and capital project funding to align with the healthcare organizations strategic objectives. This position is responsible for managing and analyzing financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance and assist with budgeting and forecasting at year end. Department Summary This department collaborates closely with leadership, operational teams, and external partners to align treasury and capital strategies with the organizations long-term goals. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting Department Qualifications Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Access. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong financial and analytical skills. Department Skills Hazardous Exposure Category Category III - Includes tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues and Category I tasks are not a condition of employment. The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood; body fluids or tissues (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone anywhere might encounter potential exposure to body fluids.)
