Staff Accountant

Nashville, TN- 100 Oaks area

3 days in office/2 WFH

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
• Back up to Accounts Payable when needed (Netsuite)
• Prepare financial reports and support management reporting initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 2+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred OR equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel (X/VLOOKUP)
• Familiarity working on ERP systems such as Great Plains, Netsuite, Oracle, or similar platforms

Pay Rate $35-38/hr (40 hours/week)

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
