Description
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Fiscal Management of client budget
Ensures client & agency comply with FDA regulations, copyright laws, confidentiality issues & ethical standards
Leads overall client strategic plans and goals
Primary contact between agency, assigned client and 3rd party partners
Responsible for status reports and regulatory submissions
Provides leadership & direction in short-term and long-range goals for clients
Lead and/or participate in internal Agency initiatives
Coordinates internal NB pitch development (meetings, timelines, capture and disseminate next steps across pitch team)
Keeps agency leadership informed on status of accounts, including challenges, opportunities, staffing needs, plans and meetings
Encourages collaboration and ideation among team members
Cross-functional collaboration with Agency departments (with a focus on Creative, Strategy, & Medical partnerships)
Partner with Strategy to lead internal Brand/Tactical planning ideation sessions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelors in Comms, PR, Marketing, Advertising or English
5+ years of account management in a healthcare agency setting
Experience in pharmaceutical advertising (DTC required, HCP preferred)
Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
Background in and ability to lead in internal Tactical/Brand Planning workstreams
Strong client-management experience as a day-to-day point of contact
