The Supervisor, Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, leading janitorial staff, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position provides hands-on leadership, conducts inspections, coordinates staffing, and ensures all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and client expectations.
Pay: $21.00/hour.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities management, housekeeping, or related services.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience managing employee schedules and labor productivity.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial team members.
Schedule, assign, and monitor work to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to verify quality standards and client requirements are met.
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, safety practices, and company policies.
