We are proud to partner with some of the most iconic names in entertainment, culture, and live experiences. Our client roster includes Broadway’s biggest shows, world-renowned institutions and museums, vibrant attractions, and dynamic sports organizations. From the magic of live theatre to the energy of stadiums and the wonder of cultural landmarks, we craft campaigns that connect audiences with real experiences – providing real stories, real emotions and real connections.

We are looking for an Account Supervisor, Arts & Attractions to help shape campaigns for some of the most exciting cultural institutions, attractions, destinations, and live experiences in the world.

You will lead the day-to-day work across a portfolio of arts and attractions clients, working at the intersection of creativity, media, data, ticketing, and culture. One day, you might be helping a museum introduce a major exhibition. The next, you could be working with an iconic attraction to build demand, drive visitation, or reach an entirely new audience. The work is varied, fast-moving, and highly visible. It requires someone who can see the big picture, manage the details, and build the kind of trusted client relationships that make great work possible.

Location: The person for this role may be based in NYC or LA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (IN BRIEF):

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for your clients, learning their organizations, audiences, goals, and challenges inside and out.
  • Lead meetings and communications, guide conversations, anticipate what is needed next, and help clients navigate decisions with clarity and confidence.
  • Help turn client ambitions into clear strategies, strong briefs, and effective campaigns across creative, paid media, digital, social, partnerships, and more.
  • Connect the dots across disciplines, making sure everyone understands the objective and that the work ladders up to a cohesive audience and business strategy.
  • Help clients understand how channels including paid social, search, programmatic, video, audio, out-of-home, and print work together to create demand, drive action, and support the full audience journey.
  • Partner with AKA’s Business Intelligence, Ticketing, Media, and Strategy teams to understand audience behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance.
  • Own timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and internal coordination across your accounts.
  • Guide and develop junior team members, offering clear direction, useful feedback, and meaningful opportunities to grow.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You'll be a great fit for this role if you:
  • Bring 4 - 6 years of professional experience in account management, advertising, marketing, or a related field
  • Have experience independently managing client relationships and integrated campaigns
  • Are genuinely excited by arts, culture, attractions, destinations, tourism, entertainment, and other experience-based industries
  • Understand digital and traditional media and how different channels work together as part of a larger campaign
  • Can connect the dots between creative ideas, audience insights, media strategy, and client business objectives
  • Are a confident, thoughtful communicator who can lead a room, write clearly, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented while still keeping sight of the bigger strategic picture
  • Can confidently manage multiple fast-moving priorities, adapting and staying composed when plans change
  • Are comfortable identifying challenges, recommending solutions, and knowing when to bring in senior leadership
  • Have experience guiding, mentoring, or supervising junior team members
  • Bring a curious, collaborative, proactive approach and are energized by producing great work
  • Experience working with ticketed attractions, cultural institutions, destinations, tourism organizations, or other attendance-driven businesses is especially valuable
