Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-5 years in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Excel knowledge.
• Comfortable working in multiple IT systems simultaneously.
• Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision-making skills.

Preferences:

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with utility deregulation and familiarity with market rules.
• Quality tools and techniques.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Financial analysis skills.
