As part of our Registered Agent Services team, you''ll play an important role in supporting small and medium-sized business clients while contributing to both client retention and business growth.

    This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across registered agent services, corporate compliance, and business filings while partnering closely with clients and internal teams. You''ll work in a collaborative environment where delivering exceptional client experiences and identifying growth opportunities go hand in hand.

    A role you will love

    As an Account Specialist, you''ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, providing support related to registered agent services, corporate compliance, and filing services. You''ll be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating service requests, resolving issues, and helping clients get the most value from our solutions.

    In addition to supporting existing clients, you''ll play a key role in business growth by converting inbound sales opportunities, identifying client needs, and recommending additional services that help support their business goals.

    Other key responsibilities include:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients
    • Ensuring client orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
    • Responding to client inquiries and requests with a high level of service and professionalism
    • Maintaining accurate client and order information within internal systems
    • Supporting customer retention efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
    • Converting inbound sales opportunities from referrals, web leads, and other channels
    • Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to additional Entity Solutions services
    • Meeting or exceeding sales and business development goals
    • Building product and industry knowledge to become a trusted resource for customers
    • Collaborating with fulfillment, compliance, billing, and operational teams to deliver positive client outcomes

    What will you bring to the role?

    Required:

    • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve customer issues
    • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
    • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
    • Professionalism, sound judgment, and strong personal accountability

    Preferred:

    • Experience in customer service, account management, registered agent services, corporate compliance, legal support, corporate filings, or a related business environment
    • Experience managing customer relationships and resolving client issues
    • Experience working within service level agreements and operational processes
    • Familiarity with corporate compliance or registered agent services
    • Experience supporting business development, sales, or client retention initiatives
