Job Title: CET Account Review Specialist

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee (Remote)

Duration: Contract - 4 months

Pay Range: Up to $19/hr (W2)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM local time

Interviews: Microsoft Teams, on-camera required

Job Description

We are seeking a CET Account Review Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer communication, documentation quality, and compliance-oriented analysis and a proven ability to own case work end-to-end, drive timely remediation with merchants, and produce audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough account reviews in a high-risk, deadline-driven environment with accuracy and compliance focus.
  • Own cases from start to resolution, making informed decisions and escalating appropriately.
  • Engage merchants and partners via outbound calls to clarify issues and drive remediation.
  • Document actions, decisions, and outcomes clearly to meet audit and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Excel for tracking, organizing, and notating work.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and compliance orientation.
  • Effective verbal communication skills for professional merchant interactions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation, data entry, and use of multiple tools simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior AML or compliance exposure.
  • Experience working in deadline-driven operational environments.
