Account representative-
Primary Responsibilities:The Account Representative for Total Care Auto is expected to:
Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the companyProvide professional, courteous, accurate, efficient, and effective assistance to every customer.Seek ways to improve business operations efficiency and customer service.
Reports to: Account Department Manager
Primary Duties:
Answer inbound calls quickly and efficientlyAnswer and assist customers in a friendly and courteous mannerCommunicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfactionSend Supplies to dealerships as requestedGathers information to aid customers in transferring their contract to a new ownerProvide 3rd party quotes to dealerships as requestedProcess inbound mailAssists Senior Account RepresentativesPerforms other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalentAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationExcellent communication skillsDetailed orientedAbility to use office equipment and computersRely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goalsA certain degree of creativity and latitude is requiredEffective time management and ability to multi-task5 years of experience in the field or in related areas
Physical Requirements:
Work performed in a company onsite setting.Regularly required to sit, stand bend, reach, and move about facilities.Perform other duties as required.
