Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent is searching for a team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet production goals.
- Work well in a small office team environment, supporting each other & the team goals
- Answer inbound customer calls to help with service items like taking payments, policy changes and insurance advice
- Make outbound sales calls to offer insurance options
QUALIFICATIONS:- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Property and Casualty license prior to hire
- Life and Health license within 90 days
- Bi-Lingual preferred
