ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2026 and currently lead a team of seven. While the agency is new, my career with State Farm began in 2004. Prior to agency ownership, I held a variety of roles including Claims, Agency, and Sales Leadership. Those experiences gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and reinforced my passion for helping customers and developing successful teams.
I’m a graduate of Auburn University and earned my MBA from Troy University. My husband is also a State Farm agent, and together we have two daughters, ages 11 and 14. Outside of work, I enjoy home décor, shopping, and finding the perfect cup of coffee. I stay active in the community through the Valley Chamber of Commerce and by sponsoring a variety of local events throughout the year. Building strong relationships within the community is an important part of our agency's mission.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, health benefits, Aspirant Program opportunities, personal and professional development, team-building events, team outings, and exposure to multiple offices and experienced team members. We’re committed to creating opportunities for growth and helping team members build long-term careers.
Our culture is positive, collaborative, and growth-focused. I’m looking for team members who take ownership, show initiative, and are willing to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, accountability, and a strong desire to learn and improve. If you’re looking for a supportive environment where you can grow, develop new skills, and be part of a team that values both performance and people, this could be a great fit for you.
