ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and process insurance applications and documentation accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall company sales objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (state-specific licensing requirements may apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
