Role Description

Minimum Qualifications


  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
  • Coachable mindset and competitive drive
  • Reliable, organized, and accountable
Preferred Qualifications


  • Active Life & Health (L&H) licensepreferred candidates will receive priority consideration and qualify for an enhanced commission structure
  • Previous insurance sales or inside sales experience
  • Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota
Key Responsibilities


  • Handle warm inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-up
  • Quote, present, and close new multi-lined households 
  • Maintain daily activity standards and CRM hygiene
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
