Minimum Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
Coachable mindset and competitive drive
Reliable, organized, and accountable
Preferred Qualifications
Active Life & Health (L&H) license — preferred candidates will receive priority consideration and qualify for an enhanced commission structure
Previous insurance sales or inside sales experience
Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota
Key Responsibilities
Handle warm inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-up
Quote, present, and close new multi-lined households
Maintain daily activity standards and CRM hygiene
Participate in ongoing training and development
