As an Account Representative for
Scot Shaw Ins Agency, Inc, you play an essential role in our day-to-day operations and help our customers succeed. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and by serving as a liaison between customer needs and the right agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively sharing and recommending relevant insurance products and services.
This is a
hybrid position offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office. You'll be responsible for developing new business, educating customers on insurance products, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- P & C licensed preferred, but not required
