Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member (Remote)


Roxy Clifton State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated insurance professional to join our growing remote sales team.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating customized insurance solutions while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. We are looking for a dependable, sales-driven individual who takes ownership of their results and delivers exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities


  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs 
  • Conduct professional, value-based conversations with prospective and existing customers 
  • Quote and sell auto, home, life, health, IPS, and other insurance products 
  • Follow up consistently with leads, referrals, and current customers 
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within agency systems 
  • Meet and exceed production and customer service goals 
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused environment 
Qualifications


  • Active Property & Casualty license required 
  • Active Life & Health license required 
  • Prior insurance sales experience required 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment 
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing daily sales activity 
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills 
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
