What You’ll Do:
  • Support outside marketing efforts by building relationships with local apartments, dealerships, and businesses
  • Represent the agency at community events and outreach opportunities
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and generate new opportunities
  • Assist with inbound calls, helping customers with basic questions and directing requests
  • Provide administrative support including paperwork, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Learn the fundamentals of insurance, sales conversations, and client relationships
