What You’ll Do:
- Support outside marketing efforts by building relationships with local apartments, dealerships, and businesses
- Represent the agency at community events and outreach opportunities
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and generate new opportunities
- Assist with inbound calls, helping customers with basic questions and directing requests
- Provide administrative support including paperwork, data entry, and general office tasks
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance, sales conversations, and client relationships
