Job Summary: The Experienced Sales Representative will leverage their deep knowledge of State Farm products, strong sales skills, and licensing credentials to build and maintain a robust client portfolio. This role requires a proactive sales approach to identify customer needs, present customized insurance solutions, and close sales effectively, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize State Farm experience to effectively present and sell Life & Health, and Property & Casualty insurance products.
Develop, manage, and grow a book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to individual customer circumstances.
Maintain active Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses in compliance with state regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and policy servicing needs.
Collaborate with State Farm agents and teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall office goals.
Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably with State Farm or similar insurance companies.
Active Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses (state-specific).
Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance products and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales activities simultaneously.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
