Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Insurance Professional to join our State Farm Agent Team as a Team Member focused on selling and servicing new business. This role supports the agency’s growth by delivering consultative insurance solutions in Auto, Fire, and Life.

Compensation/Earnings (estimated):

First-year estimated compensation: $79,000 (base, commissions, health, retirement, PTO)
Estimated income range: $79,000–$115,000
Ideal candidate expected to earn in excess of $100,000 in year two
(Earnings depend on performance and production; estimates are not guaranteed.)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet monthly production expectations, including:
  • 45 Auto policies
  • 25 Fire policies
  • 8 Life policies
  • $500 in new monthly premium
  • Prospect, quote, and sell Auto, Fire, and Life insurance policies to prospective customers
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Follow up with leads/prospects to ensure applications are completed and submitted accurately
  • Maintain timely, accurate records in the agency’s systems (e.g., CRM)
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with policy-related questions throughout the sales process
  • Maintain compliance with State Farm standards and all licensing/regulatory requirements
Qualifications:


  • Must be licensed in:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C)
  • Life and Health
  • 2 years of successful, documented experience in insurance sales is required
  • Proven ability to meet sales/production goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Must represent the State Farm Agent team professionally and build long-term client relationships
