ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been with State Farm since 2006 and opened our first office in Clackamas, OR in April 2011. Since then, we’ve grown into a strong team of eight full-time team members who take pride in delivering exceptional service and supporting one another every day.


My journey with State Farm started early - I worked part-time as a team member during summer and holiday breaks while in school, then full-time after graduating, and was selected to become an agent at age 24. I earned my degree in Business Finance from Washington State University, and that foundation has helped shape how I run and grow the agency today.


Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with my family. I coach my daughter’s soccer team, love getting out to the ski slopes in the winter, and enjoy following sports year-round. I’m also involved in my church, where I volunteer in the kids ministry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Paulson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This position focuses on prospecting new customers to our agency through call, text, and email. Quoting new customers and multi-lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
