    Description

    Account Operations Coordinator

    We are currently seeking an Account Operations Coordinator to support a major semiconductor client. This is a high-priority position due to business expansion and team restructuring.

    This role is primarily office-based (approximately 90%) with occasional warehouse coordination responsibilities (approximately 10%)

    Position Overview

    This position supports a large-scale semiconductor account in a fast-paced, English-speaking work environment. The role requires strong administrative skills, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate logistics and operations accurately.


    Key Responsibilities

    Office Operations (Approx. 90%)

    Coordinate outbound shipments and arrange trucking logistics

    Prepare and issue invoices

    Process purchase orders and manage order entries

    Handle email correspondence in English (internal and external communication)

    Share and coordinate information across departments

    Support account-related operational tasks

    Warehouse Coordination (Approx. 10%)

    Conduct inventory checks as needed

    Communicate and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure shipment accuracy

    Assist with on-site operational confirmations


    Qualifications

    Comfortable working in a 100% English-speaking environment

    Strong email reading and writing skills in English

    Solid PC skills including typing proficiency (touch typing preferred)

    Previous office or administrative experience required

    Ability to multitask and work accurately under deadlines

    Compensation

    $43,000 – $45,000 annually
