    Description

    The TPO Account Manager is responsible for working with the mortgage broker, Partner Advocate, underwriter and closer to gather and validate requisite loan documentation and data in order to originate a compliant loan as required by local, state, and federal regulations.

    This position will cover West Coast Partners and will need to be open to Pacific Time Zone working hours.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with the Mortgage broker to obtain all required documentation necessary to approve and originate a fully compliant mortgage loan

    • Manage an average pipeline of 70-100 loans

    • Loan Data Entry/Validation

    • Document Indexing

    • Ordering required validation services (verification of employment, tax transcripts, social security validation, property address validation, payoffs)

    • Input and evaluate, verification of employment, UDN monitoring

    • Maintain communication with Broker partner, Partner Advocate, Account Executive, Underwriter, and Closer regarding individual loan files throughout the life of the loan

    • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

    • Other tasks as assigned

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Minimum of 3 years of Wholesale Non QM experience

    • General knowledge of mortgage products and processes

    • Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation and disclosure

    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system is preferred

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Detail-oriented

    • Skilled at multi-tasking and keeping organized

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict time deadlines

    • Ability to identify and resolve client issues and use good judgment in making immediate decisions that impact UHM, broker partners and clients
