Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth within our book of business.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide clear recommendations for coverage options (as applicable), including Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other State Farm products.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues by coordinating with appropriate State Farm resources.
  • Recommend, explain, and sell State Farm products to both cold and warm leads, ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and strong communication with customers.
Qualifications


  • Insurance sales or general sales experience preferred (State Farm experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and converting leads.
  • Comfort and confidence engaging prospects in sales conversations (discovery, presenting options, overcoming objections, and closing next steps).
  • Must be licensed for the products you sell, or willing to obtain required insurance licenses as needed.
