Insurance Account Representative
Kristin Francy – State Farm Insurance Agency
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 per year (base + commission/bonuses)
Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for an Insurance Account Representative to help grow our agency through proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and meaningful conversations. This position is ideal for someone who likes being on the phone, enjoys measurable goals, and is motivated by earning potential. If you’re interested in developing professional sales skills in a supportive, team-based environment, open to learning, and willing to stretch yourself, this role can be both challenging and rewarding.
No prior insurance experience is required — we’ll train the right person from the ground up. Interviewing with prior licensing Bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, email, and digital communication
- Starting conversations to understand customer needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions
- Educating customers on State Farm products and services
- Following up consistently to build trust, momentum, and long-term relationships
- Tracking activity, production, and customer interactions to support personal and agency growth
