ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an outgoing Insurance Sales Representative for Teran Harmon State Farm. This sales focused position is for someone who is confident and competitive, good at connecting and building relationships and comfortable with reaching out to individuals. You will help individuals and families understand their insurance options and find relevant products and services to better protect what matters to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Generate new business thru outbound calls, referrals, leads, social media and relationship building
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
• Cross sell insurance products 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Obtain MN Insurance Producer license in auto, fire, life and health 
• Experience in insurance sales or other sales recommended
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
