*Job Duties*
- Identify new prospects insurance needs, market appropriate products & provide quotes.
- Help existing clients to review insurance policies, meanwhile generate cross-selling opportunities
- Assist the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
*Requirements*
- Bilingual in Chinese / Spanish is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain after offer)
- Sales experience preferred
- Goal Oriented- experienced in tracking quotas & sales goals
