*Job Duties*

• Identify new prospects insurance needs, market appropriate products & provide quotes. 
• Help existing clients to review insurance policies, meanwhile generate cross-selling opportunities
• Assist the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

*Requirements* 

• Bilingual in Chinese / Spanish is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain after offer)
• Sales experience preferred
• Goal Oriented- experienced in tracking quotas & sales goals
