$40,000 Base + Commissions + Bonuses
Expected Total Earnings: $55,000–$80,000+ Annually

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and grow the agency’s book of business
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Cross-sell additional products to existing customers
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
• Meet established sales and production goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
