Account Manager

We are a custom stone countertop fabrication and installation shop in Woodinville. Granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, porcelain. If it’s slab, we cut it, polish it, and install it. We do technically difficult, high-end work for builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners across the Eastside and Greater Seattle. Our current account managers are at max capacity and we have a lot more work to go after. We need one more hunter on the team.

What you’ll do

We are looking for someone who knows the stone and countertop world and can go out and build their own book. You’ll work with the designers, builders, and contractors already in our system, but the goal is a pipeline you sourced yourself. You’ll quote countertop and custom stone jobs, walk clients through our slab showroom, and own the relationship from first conversation through final install.

What we need

• 5+ years of sales in the trades (B2B and B2C)
• Construction industry experience. Stone or countertop experience is a big plus. Kitchen & bath, cabinets, tile, or slab distribution all count.
• Live within about 30 miles of Woodinville. This is an in-office role, Monday through Friday plus one Saturday a month. Traffic here is no joke.
• Team player. We are not looking for a lone wolf.
• Solid with Microsoft Office

Nice to have

• Fabricator, countertop, or slab distributor background
• A rolodex of designers, builders, and contractors
• A design eye
• You are a bit of a stone nerd (we all are)

Compensation Structure:

Base salary plus 4% commission on everything you sell. No cap. Here’s what that looks like at real numbers:

• $1.5M in sales (year one target): $120,000
• $2M in sales: $140,000
• $2.5M to $3M (where our seasoned reps are): $160,000 to $180,000

And here’s the part we want to be clear about. The structure is negotiable for the right person. If you’d rather have a higher base and a lower commission rate, or you’re bringing a book of business with you, let’s talk about it. Don’t let the base number stop you from applying. Apply and ask.

We also cover 70% of medical premiums for employees (20% for spouses and dependents), 7 paid holidays, and PTO.
