RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely Sales Management on key accounts, as a partner, extension and team, to support retention and upsell opportunities
Coordinate campaign launches, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing communication
Be a leading point of contact for key clients and internal fulfillment team
Assist with campaign trafficking, QA, and optimization workflows, to include ad creative design, assisting with pixel implementation and setting up the proper conversion tracking
Maintain strong follow-through and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Monitor campaign pacing and performance in collaboration with internal teams
Participate in monthly quarterly progression calls with clients and fulfillment team, demonstrating an understanding of traditional and digital media and effectively communicating knowledge with clients
Review the results and make suggestions to improve campaigns as needed with the internal fulfillment team
Escalate issues proactively and help drive timely resolution
Prepare campaign recaps and performance reports
Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long term client success
