    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a full-time Account Manager you get the opportunity to help deliver our growth targets and make a difference within our organization. In your role you will be the owner of organic growth targets in our current customer base, balancing client service, new product/service introductions and commercial strategies in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. You will be part of a local and global team based out of our Peachtree City, GA and Leiden, NL offices.

    What will you do?

    Responsible for client sales targets and new study wins Build and manage client relationships

    Solve less clearly defined, practical issues

    Identify opportunities to support client needs

    Negotiate and manage contract renewals

    Provide regular updates and reports on project status

    YOUR PROFILE

    Minimum of a bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalence working proficiency through extensive documented experiences.

    Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales-oriented environment with demonstrable outcomes of organic growth in a client base, ideally within a Pharma Services environment and knowledge of clinical trial executive within either a Pharma, CRO or adjacent Pharma Services business a distinct advantage.

    You have excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluent in English.

    Strong CRM management experience and desired knowledge of CRM account based marketing campaigns

    Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
