Account Manager  (San Jose / Silicon Valley/ TX)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced business development professional with deep familiarity with the North America market to lead the full cycle from new customer development to design-in. This role goes beyond "account management" — it requires positioning ahead of the curve to win next-generation designs amid the fast-moving waves of high-performance computing, data centers, and power architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and new application opportunities with high growth potential across North America, establishing the company's presence in key markets.
• Build customer relationships from the ground up, gain deep insight into customers' technology roadmaps and procurement decision chains, and convert prospects into long-term strategic partners.
• Engage early in customers' product architecture discussions, collaborating closely with engineering teams to embed the company's solutions into customers' next-generation designs and secure first-mover advantage.
• Drive the go-to-market push for new products through technical presentations, customer visits, and solution demonstrations, accelerating penetration and adoption of new products in the North America market.
• Continuously track industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and technology trends, feeding first-hand market intelligence back to product and engineering teams as key input for strategy development.
• Experience managing enterprise server or data center customer accounts is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise server or data center supply chain/peripheral component sectors is a plus.
